As a Sioux City native, I love the community and opportunities found here for families. I grew up in the Leeds community and have enjoyed the development of the area over the years. From a young age, I learned about how to be a small business owner as my parents started a plumbing and home building construction company. The enthusiasm and drive my parents demonstrated towards their businesses in Sioux City, inspired me to pursue my studies in entrepreneurship and led me to begin my career in real estate. After graduating from North High School, I spent two years serving as a full-time volunteer missionary in Brazil. Through this experience, I mastered Portuguese, leadership skills, a strong work ethic, time management skills, appreciation for new cultures, and learned how to connect with many people, who at first glance, you may think you have nothing in common with.
Upon returning from my mission, I married my high school sweetheart Leslie and moved to Utah where we both attended and graduated from Brigham Young University. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Entrepreneurial Management and my wife a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health. The experiences I had during my college years helped boost my knowledge of starting new ventures and living in a city made me appreciate all the qualities of tight knit midwest communities. My wife and I both knew we wanted to return to the Sioux City area to raise our family. Right before graduation we were expecting our second child and moved back to Sioux City to raise our children and begin building our new home. I love the community and am excited to see my family enjoy the abundance of outdoor recreation activities, incredible museums, and other benefits of the Siouxland community.
I know through my experiences and knowledge of the community, I can help you through the exciting process to find your new home in the Siouxland area. I look forward to working with you!
