The Warrior Hotel & Blue Bird Flats in Sioux City

The investment into downtown and entreprenuerial spirit in Sioux City has been on another level in recent years. In the January edition of Siouxland magazine, we highlighted the beautification through a pandemic in our inaugural installment of The Market Experience. Check out excerpts and insight into the art deco chique autograph collection property that is the Warrior Hotel and the beautiful resurgence of the Sioux City Motor Mart and Commerce Building now elegantly named Blue Bird Flats. Stone Bru

Stone Bru in Sioux City

When it comes to getting that extra boost of energy, my go-to spot in Sioux City is the aesthetically pleasing Stone Bru. I love an outstanding local business. It’s not only a great environment for getting work done, but it is also an exceptional place to converse with others. It has been a safe place for me to break up my day and allows me to keep my workflow strong. Click the link for more information on their locations and store hours!

RE/MAX City Centre - Movie Series

RE/MAX City Centre - Movie Series in Sioux City

The RE/MAX City Centre summer movie series has been a perfect addition to summertime in Sioux City. A recent showing of the Sandlot also featured local legend JD Scholten. JD recently made a movie-like comeback with the Sioux City Explorers at the young age of 44. He has since been featured on ESPN, Barstool Sports, and the New York Daily Post for his unblemished 3-0 record. He signed autographs and movie goers were able to enjoy one of the most classic sports movies or all-time. If you need something to do next weekend, the summer movie series will finsih up with the Little Mermaid. Just $5 gets you a movie, popcorn, water, and potentially a picture with a surprise guest. Follow the City Centre on Facebook and Instagram from updates on all upcoming events.
